The new timelines on the groups on facebook are a god send for marketers, you can now auto-post on your group timeline, by clicking the little clock tab at the bottom of the post you are writing you can now set a date and time for this post at send letting you set up your advertising for a day, week, month or year if you want,
My profile pages I used to admin these groups were built a few years ago, so were built before facebook started enforcing the use of your real name, the pages profile names are as follows

Step 3 is to make a Twitter profile again you want a name that going to make people want to follow you, mine are

Just another little note with a few more tips for advertising, on facebook this time. Covering Usernames, Getting friends and subscribers, places to advertise for FREE on facebook,

Firstly, you need to make a Facebook profile, I would try to name it something people interested in you chosen niche will be attracted to, my pages are called Makin Cash and Moneyfor Mums, so you can probably see how these names fit this category, because my business is to help others in there endeavours, I will attract the right kind of audience by using names that grab there attention. Another example For weight lose programs you could you 'Slim Down' or 'Lose Pounds' (it depends if facebook accept it as a valid name of course!) So resulting in building your friends and subscribers list quicker. Update your profile with any details, links, profile and settings.

Once signed up and you've picked your name, you'll need to find some friends. I'd suggest typing your niche in the search bar on Facebook, which will bring up a list of pages, groups and various other content, concentrate on the Facebook groups, look at the amount of member, find a group with high followers and click on it. Now because you know these guys are all interested in your niche, just start adding friends If you've picked a good enough name that appeals to them, they'll usually add you (Don't abuse this to much or you'll start getting ban's placed on your account). Now this is a viral method, as people add you it will appear on there pages and walls and then there friends may add you! If you have a good name.

Group Pages are now even more awesome that before, some might moan about the new time line but let me tell you about some of the features, firstly If you go to the home pages you can great a group or page by clicking on the 'Groups' or Pages' link on the left side and the create Group or page are on they pages, respectively. Again same rules apply as above, Pick A Good Name! Update your profile with any details, links, profile and settings. Share the page and recommend to your friends again trying to build a viral effect.

Now, you can post on these group pages without even being near a computer!

Yeah that's right, the new time line has an auto-post feature. When you write a comment on your own group page, you have the bar appear to add your location and other information, well in this bar when your on your own group the little clock icon appears, this is there in normal profiles to and allows you to post on your timeline in the past, letting you add any experience throughout your life on your timeline at the actual date it happened. In groups you can post in the future as many times as you like and as far into the future as you like, So you can build an audience virally, so it never stops growing and then if you want spend a whole day setting up post over the next week, month quarter what every you want. Hell, you can spend a week setting up your post for a year and just let Facebook's timeline do the rest while you use your time to do something else!
